Sausage Balls
Ingredients

1 lb. Mild sausage (hot, if you prefer)

1 lb. grated, sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cups Bisquick

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, working in the sausage and either add 1/2 cup or up to 3/4 cup milk and keep mixing with your hands or mixer. You don’t won’t it really wet though.

Roll into small balls and put on a cookie sheet sprayed lightly.

Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
