Mild sausage (hot, if you prefer)1 lb. grated, sharp cheddar cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese3 cups BisquickDirectionsMix all ingredients together, working in the sausage and either add 1/2 cup or up to 3/4 cup milk and keep mixing with your hands or mixer. You don’t won’t it really wet though.Roll into small balls and put on a cookie sheet sprayed lightly.Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
